The famous Turkish Medical Scientist İbni Sina says: Water is the sole natural element taken as a part of food and beverages. Water is not taken as a food but gives the foodstuff a special structure and helps to absorb that food. Water is not nutrient; it is a matter which doesn?t help the body organs, but only the blood to acquire a shape.
Unless it acquires shape within a compound, it is not possible that an essence such as water generates something like blood. There is no doubt that water fulfills its own task by fluidizing the food and giving it the proper fineness allowing it to be absorbed by the blood vessels and other narrow canals of the body.
This role of the water is in no way less important than the water?s nourishing role. Water has different types. Nonetheless, this doesn?t mean that the peculiar nature of each type of water is different, too. There is only a difference in the type of their mixtures and in the number of their own special properties.
The best type of water is pure and purified from abnormal conditions and features, coming from sources settled on the earth and spilling from rocky places and thus which doesn?t putrefy easily like the water obtained from pure earth.
However, water that originates from pure earth is better than the water that comes from rocky places. Sources which are exposed to only the sun and air and especially streaming waters are actually the best. Water that comes from still sources becomes bad when getting in contact with air. This is why it is better that such sources are in the depth and in closed fountains. Water that flows on ordinary earth is better and cleaner than water that flows from rocky places. Because ordinary earth filters crap better than rocky places. This earth without doubt must be really clean and be free of nitrogen and mud.
Other characteristics of good water are; that it is retrieved from the deep, that its ascend is fast and that its flow direction is towards the sun, i.e eastwards, especially to the summer-east. Such waters should be obtained from somewhat far from its source.
Another best water is water that flows northwards. Water that flows south- and eastwards has no good properties and such water is particularly not good when it is exposed to the Northwinds. Unhealthy water becomes relatively improved when it drops from a special height.
